I’m Connie!

I’m Connie – a midlife woman, mom to two teenagers, and public health professional with a background in health behavior change and a lifelong interest in holistic well-being.
For years, my work focused on how people actually change – how habits form, how decisions stick, and what helps us sustain well-being over time. But midlife brought those questions closer to home. I found myself in a deeper reckoning with my own changing body, priorities, sense of purpose, and evolving relationship with aging.

What stood out quickly was this:
Some of the wellness messaging for women in midlife is either fear-driven, overly simplistic, or disconnected from the realities of busy, full lives.

I wanted something steadier.
More grounded.
More relatable.

My mission is to help women embrace midlife with confidence and discernment – making thoughtful well-being choices that feel grounded and true to their lives.
